not sure if I understand this post correctly, do you mean fault-tolerance is the key problem for big data?
In a sense, yes. But not from the systems point of view. I was referring to the data itself. It will always be different from what you would expect, there will be tons of exceptions, quirks and it won’t look nice from any point of view.
